August 2020 mindfulness challenge
In August 2020, we practiced a mindfulness challenge! If you would like to download the workbook and use it at your own pace, please feel free to do so.

The goal was to practice mindfulness each day for the entire month of August. Each week had a different theme, and each week there were Instagram live videos (available for replay on IGTV) to help you in your mindfulness journey.
